Problem

Inefficient phone call process with a volume of 300 calls per day, when the team had to manually stroke the phone of each lead from the sheet, write a handwritten note after the conversation, and record statistics of their calls.

Decision

We have implemented an individual control panel for the team, integrated a number for each person so that they can communicate via a computer, and automated the creation of notes, status updates, and statistics with AI, so that now the team only makes calls from the computer 1 click, one after another.

Result

3-fold acceleration of the team's work, which resulted in 2x more contractual consultations and several tens of thousands of zlotys more revenue per month.

Problem

The company had ambitious growth goals, but its operational processes were mostly manual and distributed. There was a lack of a central system for managing customer relationships, communication was inefficient, and the creation of marketing materials took too much time, which limited the scale of activities.

Decision

I have developed and implemented a comprehensive system of improvements:

Systematization of marketing: I created and moved a landing page that significantly improved ad conversion – both for our agency and for clients.

Data centralization: I set up CRM from scratch (GoHighLevel, Hubspot), creating a consistent and reliable environment for the long-term work of the team.

Communication automation: I created an integrated automation system based on Zapier, Make, and n8n that combined tools such as ActiveCampaign, Slack, ClickFunnels, and Airtable to provide an instant flow of information within the team and with clients.

Result

The team received automated, scalable operational processes. The transition from manual actions to an integrated system allowed the company to increase its monthly turnover four times within a few months and prepare the foundation for further, orderly development.

Chaos in accepting and managing build orders-constant emails, status questions, and manual assignment of tasks. 

Decision

We have created a system for automatically accepting orders, categorizing them by type, and automatically assigning them to the appropriate installers with notifications of deaths.

The team saves more than 2 hours a day, and Maciej has increased the number of customers by 150% with the same team.
